In general case, we don’t have MOQ for project custom items as they are all in one package. For single standard item, we will check based on the design.}

If client needs, our factory will send technical engineer to project site for installation guidance.}

Before mass production, mockups are usually provided for client’s confirmation to make sure the final products are what they need. After delivery, if there is any quality issue of production, factory will be responsible for replacement or maintenance during the warranty period.}
